To do this, I study macro- and micro-trends, I stay current with sales by neighborhood, available inventory, days on the market, interest rates, unemployment and other economic factors that affect home prices.  I also track buyer behavior including why people buy, where they get information and words that they search to find homes.  In fact, as the Marketing, SEO & Digital Advertising Consultant for London Properties, it's my job to understand these trends and teach them to other agents.
